Regina Weston, a proud New York native and graduate of the College of New Rochelle with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, is a multifaceted force for empowerment and change.
She is an accomplished author, domestic violence advocate, motivational speaker, and the CEO of Mending Hearts - Women Healing Women, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating communities about domestic violence and supporting survivors.
Regina's writing career began with early recognition when her story A Chilly Christmas won first prize and was published by RDR Books in 2003. That same year, her story The Hungry Dog and Cat was featured in Hometown Memories.
She self-published her first book in April 2010, Why Couldn't You Love Me Too, a self-help book aimed at guiding readers toward healing and self-discovery. Her subsequent works include Words from the Heart (July 2014), a heartfelt poetry collection, and Girl Talk…The Art of Love, Betrayal, and Gold Digging 101 (April 2015), a novel exploring love and relationships.
In 2013, Regina launched the Mending Hearts newsletter, an inspirational publication designed to uplift women, heal emotional wounds, and spark positive personal transformation. Four years later, in January 2017, she formally established Mending Hearts - Women Healing Women, expanding her advocacy efforts to educate women, teens, and communities about the impacts of domestic violence.
Always evolving, Regina ventured into podcasting in January 2021 with Bringing the Heat with Regina Weston, where she motivates and inspires listeners worldwide. By January 2023, she launched her second podcast, Crazy Aries Crime Podcast, bringing humor and dark comedy to lighten the heaviness of everyday life.
